Through professional investigations, public awareness programs, media interactions, and training sessions, he is committed to helping individuals, organizations, combat emerging cyber threats and promote a safer digital ecosystem.

Mr. Gupta worked as Consultant to The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) Mauritius on setting up of Mauritian PKI for e-commerce and e-governance services in Mauritius. He advised the Authority on Convergence, Broadband services, Cryptography policy for Mauritius, Network security, setting up of Mauritian Computer Security Incident Response Team(CSIRT) and National Cyber Forensic Centre. He also interacted with ITU on internet governance, network security and e-governance. He has been following UN ICT4D work and delivered a talk in the 4th Annual Forum on City Informatization in the Asia Pacific Region (CIAPR) held at Shanghai China.
